Returns & Exchanges

Right of Withdrawal

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unworn and unwashed
• Tags must still be attached
• It must be sent back in its original packaging
• The invoice or order number must be inside the parcel

How to Return

1. Open the order under My Account › My Orders and press Return / Exchange Request. Just pick the item, the quantity and a reason
2. We review your request and email you the approval and shipping details
3. Once approved, send the item to the address we give you
4. We check the item when it reaches us
5. If everything is in order, you are refunded by the original payment method within 14 days

If you do not have an account, or cannot reach the form, you can also exercise your right of withdrawal by emailing your order number to info@borzclo.com. The date your notice reaches us is what counts.

Exchanges

The same period and conditions apply to size and colour exchanges. Tick Exchange on the same form and pick the size you want — the form only lists sizes that are in stock, so you will not pick one that isn't there and then have to wait.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Under Turkish consumer regulations, underwear and made-to-order items are outside the scope of returns, for reasons of hygiene and personalisation.

Faulty Items

If an item has a manufacturing fault, we cover every cost including shipping. Just email info@borzclo.com with a photo.
