Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch

Your order is dispatched within 1-3 iş günü of payment being confirmed. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on orders of ₺2.500 and above. Below that, a shipping fee of ₺89 applies.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the carrier and your address. It usually takes 1–2 business days in major cities and 2–4 business days elsewhere in Türkiye.

Tracking

We email the tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have an account you can also follow it under My Orders.

Damage in Transit

If the parcel looks damaged on the outside, have the courier draw up a damage report before you accept it and let us know at info@borzclo.com. We cannot process damage claims without a courier report.
