When will my order ship?

We dispatch within 1-3 iş günü of payment being confirmed. The tracking number is sent to you by email.

Which size should I pick?

Our pieces are cut oversize, so your usual size works. If you want a closer fit, go one size down. See the size guide for measurements.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and still has its tags. Return conditions

Are my card details safe?

Payments run through PayTR. Your card details go straight to the payment provider — they never touch our servers and are never stored by us.

Where are the products made?

Everything is made in our own facility in Istanbul. Premium collection

Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

Yes. For private label and bulk production, fill in the contact form or write to info@borzclo.com.

How should I wash it?

Care details are on each product page. As a rule: wash inside out at 30°C, do not tumble dry, iron on low. Garment dyed pieces may bleed a little on the first wash — that is normal.
